The Expansion I/O unit is equipped with 32 points of input and 32 points of DC transistor output (source). It uses a photocoupler insulation method and has an open collector (PNP) output type. The rated load voltage is 24 VDC, with an operating voltage range of 21.6 to 26.34 VDC. The rated load current is 0.1 A, and the maximum surge current is 0.5 A. For driving the internal circuit voltage, an external power supply with a voltage range of 21.6 to 26.4 VDC and a current of 30 mA or less is required. Additionally, there is an operating mode indicator LED display available for easy monitoring.
